At the end of two enthralling days of athletic events, KDARFS Jamnagar emerged as the Overall Champions of the RFS Inter-School Athletics Championship. RFS Koparkhairane were the runners-up of the event.

Nilakshi Singh, Yashaswi Charak, Aastha Meva and Kavya Parmar from KDARFS Jamnagar won the Gold medal in the Girls 4x100m Relay Finals. Sadhika Shyam, G Nandita Venkata Reddy, Rayna Chopra and Avantika Ravipati from RFS Koparkhairane won the Silver medal in the Girls 4x100m Relay Finals. Purva Gaikar, Shrushti Sagale, Saee Rokade and Drushti Mhatre from RFS Nagothane EM won the Bronze medal in the Girls 4x100m Relay Finals.

Shreyash Singh, Kanaram Dewasi, Avinash S and Khush Patel from KDARFS Jamnagar won the Gold medal in the Boys 4x100m Relay Finals. Dhruv Tejwani, Aarit Malik, Kalp Shah and Prasann Savalia from RFS Surat EM won the Silver medal in the Boys 4x100m Relay Finals. Shreyansh Mohapatra, Puranjay Gupta, Siddhant Salian and Ansh Singh from RFS Koparkhairane won the Bronze medal in the Boys 4x100m Relay Finals.

Vishakha Parmar from RFS Vadodara won the Gold medal in the Girls 400m Sprint Finals. Aastha Meva from KDARFS Jamnagar won the Silver medal in the Girls 400m Sprint Finals. Tanushree Tadvi from RSEM Vadodara won the Bronze medal in the Girls 400m Sprint Finals.

The students were greeted by a mesmerising perfomance by the school orchestra. The dignitaries kicked off the evening by lighting the lamp and Shri VP Joy, Shri Alok Katdare and Ms Anvita Kackar addressed the august gathering followed by some amazing performances by the students.

It's time to pep up, folks, a much-needed dose of motivation comes in the form of a well-choreographed dance performance that embodies the essence of sportsmanship and highlights the significance of sports in school.

The Chief Guest, Mr. Harshayu B. Trivedi, has delivered his speech, inspiring the participants to put in their best foot forward.

To welcome the audience, students of KDARFS Jamnagar performed a perfectly synchronized Ganesh Vandana to mark an auspicious beginning for the event.

The principal of KDARFS, Ms. Anvita Kackar, has rendered the Welcome Address, warmly greeting the guests, dignitaries and audience

The solemn oath has been administered by Pranalee Patel, KDARFS Jamnagar’s Head Girl, to all the participants to uphold the values of the sport and compete with integrity. Furthermore, it helps to promote a sense of unity and mutual respect among competitors.

To kick start the event, a grand march past by all participating teams is being carried out. The teams are led by KDARFS Jamnagar's school Sports Captain, Ved Patel followed by Manonman Rout and Pranalee Patel, the school’s Head Boy and Head Girl.

The Chief Guest has handed over the lit torch to Palash Makwana, KDARFS Jamnagar's shining star. The torch has now exchanged hands, it is with Chahat Pandya, the ‘Best Athlete’ awardee in the Senior Girls category. Chahat has kindled the flame which will burn brightly till the event ends, symbolising positivity, hope and success.

The anticipation is palpable as the rehearsals for the RFS Inter-School Athletics Championship 2023 officially kicks off. The air is charged with excitement and energy as athletes and coaches gather to prepare for the competition. The countdown has begun, and everyone is focused on achieving victory.

A newsroom has been established in the school to cover the event on 3 & 4 April. 24 students and 4 teachers will be working together to create the real-time updates. The team details are visible on the home page.
